Conducted a UX design workshop in Neutrinos to understand pain points of the users and to learn more about Neutrinos platform. The workshop was divided into parts. First, usability tests with selected participants & second, screen analysis with all the participants. The research analysis was later used to solve UX issues in the existing system.
