Worked on the end to end design of Rakuten India’s 1st ever B2B product Observability; a holistic tool to help developers & SRE to understand their complex systems and discover answers to possible issues. I Handled implementation of design strategy, research, UX, UI, branding, marketing, QA testing and even parts of product management for the same.
